Who operates this site

arteace.com is operated by Vidastu Advisory, a real estate agent registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority as UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026. We are an authorised channel partner for the ACE Arte project. This is not the official website of the developer. The promoter is M/s ACE Infracity Developers Pvt. Ltd.

What we collect

Only what the enquiry form on this site asks for, and nothing more:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The configuration you selected, if you selected one

The form opens WhatsApp with that information composed into a message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If you call the desk number instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us on the call.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to send you the documents you asked for, and to follow up about this project. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

If you proceed towards a booking, we share what is necessary with the promoter to process it, because a booking cannot be processed otherwise. We will tell you when that happens.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are recorded in our own lead sheet, accessible to the Vidastu desk. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers keep standard access logs including IP address and browser type, as any web host does.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. If you follow a link from an advertisement or another site, your browser may pass a referrer to us, which we may keep alongside your enquiry so we know where you came from.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to it. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless a transaction is in progress that we are legally required to keep records of.

Your choices

Write to the desk at +91 98114 05300 and ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to stop hearing from us, or to have it deleted. No form to fill in and no reason required.

Accuracy of what is published here

Nothing here is an offer or a contract. The government register at up-rera.in is the source of record and outranks anything published here.
