Who we are, and who we are not

arteace.com is operated by Vidastu Advisory, a real estate agent registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority as UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026, acting as an authorised channel partner for the ACE Arte project.

This is not the official website of the developer. The promoter of ACE Arte is M/s ACE Infracity Developers Pvt. Ltd., which publishes its own official project website. We are not the promoter, we do not build the project, and we do not control its plans, approvals, pricing or delivery.

What this site is

An information and enquiry site. It gathers what the developer has published about ACE Arte, including the price list dated 21 August 2026, the payment plan, the EOI structure and the specification sheet, and presents it in one place with its dates attached.

What this site is not

Nothing here is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. No figure published here creates any obligation on the promoter or on us. A booking is governed solely by the Agreement for Sale executed between you and the promoter, and by nothing on this page.

Accuracy, and its limits

Figures are transcribed from the developer's dated documents and carry those dates. Prices, sizes, plans, amenities and specifications are indicative and subject to change at the developer's sole discretion. Sizes marked with an asterisk are tentative as the developer marks them. Carpet area as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is specified in the Agreement for Sale, and that is the area that binds.

Documents get revised. Verify every figure and the current registration status at up-rera.in before you act on anything published here. The government register is the source of record.

Images

Imagery on this site consists of frames from ACE Group's own announcement films, reproduced as the developer's campaign material. ACE Arte is pre-construction. No image here is a photograph of a completed ACE Arte home, and none should be read as one. Images, layouts and amenities are indicative and artist's impressions only.

Payments

We do not collect payments. Money for a registered project belongs in the project's own designated RERA collection account, named for the project, and nowhere else. Never pay an individual, including anyone claiming to represent us. Confirm any account against the developer's written payment instruction before you transfer.

Third-party links

Where we link to the UP-RERA portal, the developer's site or other external pages, we do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

Project names, logos and marketing material belong to their owners, including ACE Group and M/s ACE Infracity Developers Pvt. Ltd. They are reproduced here to identify and describe the project we represent as an authorised channel partner. The written analysis and page structure are ours.

Liability

We publish this in good faith and check what we publish. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here rather than on the Agreement for Sale, the sanctioned plans and the government register.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
