I sell in Sector 150 and along the Noida Expressway. I read a developer's documents before I quote from them, and I put the date I read them next to the figure, so you can tell how old a number is without asking me.
What a channel partner is, and what it is not
I am not ACE Group. I do not build, price, allot or hand over anything.
A channel partner is a registered agent who sells a developer's inventory. You buy from ACE Infracity Developers, in your own name, with every rupee going to the project's own designated RERA collection account. The Agreement for Sale is between you and them. I am not a party to it.
What I do is the part before that: read the documents, tell you what they say and what they leave out, get you the current dated set, and be there when the allotment happens.
How I am paid
ACE Group pays me a brokerage when a booking completes. You pay me nothing, and the price you pay is the same whether you come through me or walk into the site office. That is worth knowing because it tells you where my interest sits: I am paid when you buy, so read anything I write with that in mind, and check the figures against the register.
How to check me before you deal with me
- Open up-rera.in, the government register.
- Open the agent search and enter UPRERAAGT000309/01/2026. That is my registration, and it is the only thing that makes me lawful to sell to you.
- While you are there, search the project number UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026 and read ACE Arte's own entry. The register outranks this site and every other site.
What I will not do
- Quote a figure without telling you which document it came from and when I read it.
- Publish a floor plan, a review or a rating I cannot source.
- Invent a deadline. If a rate has no printed expiry, I will say it has no printed expiry.
- Take a payment. Money goes to the project's designated account, never to me and never to any individual.
